Pan Tech has provided heavy duty industrial floors for Siemens, Kalva Plant, and T and R Ahmedabad, where DELU Air Castors are used for movement of transformers upto 350 M T.

The floor level requirement for transformer manufacturing facility is +/- 3mm in every 2 mtrs length for smooth movement of air castor.

The floor also needs to have high compressive strength to bear the load of the transformers. The heavy duty floors provided by us can withstand upto 10,000 P.s.i. compressive load.
